The Numbers
EPIC offers in-house
programs for any group size. To cover
its costs, EPIC has minimum fee requirements to deliver its
courses. These vary with the course content, course duration,
number of speakers delivering the material, and speaker travel
and subsistence costs. The overall cost to you to send a handful
of employees to a public seminar can easily surpass that of
having an EPIC in-house program delivered in your premises. If you are unable to identify enough
people with the same training needs who can be scheduled to take
an in-house course at the same time, a cooperative course may be
the solution. You may achieve this by making arrangements for an
in-house course for your technical staff and then reduce the cost
by inviting technical personnel from neighbouring companies.
